Focus woman, FOCUS!!!

I have to be here, I have to be present, I have to be in the now.  My mantra today as I catch myself looking back, looking forward, looking around and wondering if everyone can read my face and know my thoughts.    Ugh, some days seem harder than others, today is one of those days.....my thoughts are in overdrive and I must focus!   Focus on my breathing, focus on my daughters, focus on myself.   Focus on the now!! God, I know you're listening, you have shown me every step the past few weeks, show me my path, show me the way, help me focus.  Help me know that your plan is better than mine, help me with that peace and that stillness.  Stillness.....I need to be still, it keeps coming back to be still.  Yes, there it is, that calming of God's voice saying "just be still."    OK, I'm focused and I am strong.   When you need to find that peace, just be still and let God handle it.   He is after all, our biggest fan.
