Holding back is stupid

Life is fucking hard.    It's unpredictable and sometimes can sucker punch you into total "what the fuck just happened" moments.   There is no guarantees, no promises, no fairy tale endings.    It's just one hit after another so you learn to protect yourself and to guard your heart....until that someone comes along and with such organic love, opens your door and takes down your walls.    Even though you know it to be everything you want, deep inside, you cannot help but stupidly and destructively pick it apart.   Oh, you don't mean to, you don't even know you're doing it.   You don't say what kind loving thoughts are on your mind out of fear, you don't express love the way you want because of past rejection so instead, you keep some to yourself and that is how you ruin someone's love.  

You deserve this person's love, it is more than enough and you know they are the one, THE ONE, yet that fucking lame self preservation comes to play and destroys everything you have built inside of you.

Don't keep anything back, don't be afraid, be 100% honest bc holding back love out if fear of hurt, only causes more hurt than you can even imagine.
