Next Breath

Life is precious.  Life is short.  Life isn't promised.   Life is unpredictable .    Life is to be lived to the fullest.   Life isn't always easy .    Life.....Ups and downs occur in all of our lives , no one is exempt , no one is favored, no one is immune.  We all struggle one way or the other and we all do our best even when our best is just to take the next breath.  

There have been days when the only thing I can do is take that next breath because anything else is just too hard.   It's those days that I am most thankful for because without the impossible, I wouldn't realize how blessed I am today.    Today, I woke with an easiness in my soul, knowing that I can make it through anything as long as I have faith in myself and God.  

If you are struggling today to take that next breath, take a moment to pause and remember who you are.   You are someone important, you are someone worthy, you are someone who is needed and loved.   You are God's child and that is worthiness alone.   Never forget who you are and where you came from, today is a new day, make it better than yesterday.  You woke for a purpose, find that purpose in today alone  and hold on tight.   You are worthy of your next breath and you my friend can do this.
