Honesty

It's a small word with a huge impact.  When you can't be honest with yourself, you cannot be honest with anyone else.  When you chose to hide what's inside, the pain, the hurt, the shame, the guilt,  you are hiding the truth, you're not being honest.  I haven't been honest,  I've hid a secret my entire life, I carried this with me through every relationship, every heartbreak, every trial and until now, didn't understand why I kept failing at life love, finding peace. Until you can be open and honest you cannot live
