Truth Serum

Truth sometimes take a long time to see.   It was never me who wasn't enough.  I allowed many to put their insecurities on me and I carried their burdens as though they were my own.   I loved deeply, truly and purely, I was honest and authentic, I was enough. 

I hold my head high knowing I gave my all.  I continue to give my all by forgiving when no apologies were made, for not being angry when my heart was broken for their selfish gratification.  I will sleep with a clear mind, wake with a healthy heart and know that because I choose to forgive, my life will be blessed.
